The care my mother received at Castlemead Court was excellent. She was very happy and we always felt the warmth and love in the home. Be assured, your loved one will be well looked after here. The team are wonderful with the residents and families; supportive, helpful and caring. They have a very demanding and difficult job, but still manage to be kind and patient.
Carers always treat him with kindness and courtesy. The home provides regular entertainment, outings, activities for the residents. Food is good, the rooms are cleaned regularly, and the management very approachable. I feel fortunate that my mother is a resident there. Myself and my wife have been treated with dignity and respect.

We are deeply grateful for the loving attentive care given to my mum at St George’s. She enjoyed taking part in activities and we were able to go on several different trips together. Staff were always incredibly supportive and encouraging, for which I am really thankful.

I have the utmost confidence in the home and staff. They treat me as part of the family and care for my wellbeing through these tough times with my wife's illness. Nothing is too much trouble; 100% happy with everything to do with the home.
I would like to thank the team for the wonderful care and support they gave my grandmother. During the last few days of her life they took great care of the whole family, nothing was ever too much. The staff are so caring, including the cleaning and catering staff who kept the family refreshed when needed.

For services we haven't rated we use ticks and crosses to show whether we've asked them to take further action or taken enforcement action against them. – the service is performing well and meeting our expectations. My mum recently had a birthday and they made her day so special. Thank you all for your hard work, it is very much appreciated. Thank you to all the staff who cared for our mum and for making her so comfortable. Mum is very content with the care and attention she receives and conveys those thoughts to us regularly.

From the moment you walk in the door, you will be greeted with a warm welcome and a friendly smile. People had sufficient numbers of staff caring for them.

Recommendations from our friends meant we had St George’s in mind when my wife was found to be in need of dementia care. First impressions were good and we have had absolutely no reason to change our minds. St George’s Court would almost certainly be rated as among the top 10 care homes in the UK.
Claudia, Rosaleen, Laura, Jo and Shane have been working 7 days a week to get the vaccine out to healthcare workers and vulnerable groups as fast as possible... News of the closure, while not yet fully in the public domain, has caused deep shock in the county town and, indeed right across the county. Cuan Chaitrions had established a reputation as a high quality nursing home. The Sisters of Mercy were due to meet yesterday with staff to discuss the plans for closure. Michael Kilcoyne has written to Sr Elizabeth Manning, offering his services as a mediator. We spoke with people using the service and family members during our inspection.

Preference will be given to candidates with relevant experience... What a treasure trove Castlemead Court is, for both residents and relatives. Clearly at the heart is absolute care shown to the residents as individuals, whereby their different needs are always taken on board.
The standard of care at Etheldred is exceptional, with professional, caring and patient staff. I am always impressed by their ability and how well they know the residents. They are polite and considerate of visitors, accommodating all requests where possible. My mum has been very happy at Primrose Croft for three years. Each and every member of staff deserve any amount of praise available for their loving and professional care. There is so much laughter and chatter, and people are catered for in every way.
